We are not doctors nor do we profess to have "the wonder cure".  All statements / testimonials, recipes and dietary plans are based purely and factually on personal experiences of transition from a 100% cooked food diet to an 80% Raw Plant Food Diet.  It has not been an easy path following practices and protocol and may not be suitable for another individual even though it works perfectly for us.

We are sure there are citizens out there that have shared similar experiences to ours and there are those that may not have yet experienced the benefits of a Living Food Diet. We hope in all instances that the following information will seriously benefit your Health and Wellbeing.

Not Another Diet..!
When on the Raw Plant Food Diet it is exactly as it says - it is Natural Live Food.  It consists of plenty of fresh green vegetables, plenty of fresh green juices, fruit smoothies, fresh and dried fruits, fresh salad and country garden vegetables, nuts, pulses, seeds, herbs such as corriander, flat and curly leaf parsley, wild garlic, nettle tops, dandelion, and seaweeds.  The list is quite extensive and is 100% Living Food. Since introduction to the practices and complete detoxification protocols of “Rawfarianism” in May 2002, at first, just like any other diet and detox programme, it was difficult to follow for the first few weeks, however once transition began there was no turning back.
